Deciding who to partner with for your mobile website business is an important decision. We always schedule a phone call to get to know our potential White Labels. If you are looking to sign up, we’ll call you, too. In the meantime, here are some of the most asked questions about our platform.
There is a one-time fee to setup your White Label, and then a monthly fee per-client. We have 4 pricing options to choose from. As the number of clients you have increases, the monthly fee decreases. However, we only charge you for clients that are paying you. You can have as many demo (non-active) sites on your platform as you want.

Absolutely. If you want to upgrade to a different pricing plan, simply pay the difference in start up cost and your mobile site rate will immediately drop to the rate in the new plan
We will bill you on the 1st of each month for the number of active, paying mobile sites that are on your platform.
We always charge a flat-rate based on the plan you’ve selected. Our prices won’t change based on the revenue that you are making. We’ll never contact your clients or ask how much you are charging them.
That’s completely up to you. Monthly, yearly, twice a year, for every change you make… Any way that works for your company.
We don’t provide a billing system for a few different reasons (we don’t want to know how much you charge your clients, we don’t want to store your clients’ credit card numbers, there is a lot that can go wrong with an accounting system – and we’re not accountants!).
We can recommend a system though. A few current White Labels are using Recurly (http://www.recurly.com). For an additional fee we can integrate our system with theirs, but even without integration it is a great billing system.

Our platform is very intuitive and easy to use. We also provide a step-by-step instruction manual, and our customer support is available 24/7 to answer your questions (we can send you a few pages from our manual before you sign up, just
email us). If you need extra help, our team can create an entire mobile site for you for $75
Every site comes with its own redirection script, and instructions on how to implement it. We can even modify the script to include Tablets (this is great for desktop sites that use Flash and won’t show at all on the iPad).
Everything on the MobiFriendly platform is unlimited. You can create hundreds of mobile sites, have thousands of visitors to your sites every month, and add as much content per site as you need. You’ll never be charged any additional fees.
Each mobile site has a button at the top that says “Get QR Code”. Click this button, and you are given a QR Code. Yes, it’s that easy! We also have best practices on using QR Codes that can be seen

We have an excellent development team that can tackle even the largest project. If you can get us a scope of work, we will quote it out for you. Then you can add your own markup to the project and quote your client. We have done completely custom mobile sites (

Of course. We will even purchase your SSL certificate for the first year.
We can have your administration panel up and running in about a week. If you send us your logo and branding colors, and set up your “admin.” and “m.” subdomains, it could be even quicker than that!
