$15.3 Million iPhone 5

Just when you think you have seen it all… then comes a $15.3 million iPhone 5.

Stuart Hughes, a U.K. craftsman, has made his fair share of over the top, gold and diamond encrusted mobile devices, tablets, cars, liquor and the list goes on and on. He created a 24-carat gold iPhone 5 for $4,000 and a rose gold version for $5,300. If you’d like something with a bit more shine, how about an iPhone 4S covered in 500 diamonds for a measly $9 million?

Hughes was recently contacted by a Chinese businessman that had a 26-carat black diamond he wanted incorporated into an iPhone 5. This phone is valued to be the most expensive smartphone to date worth £10 million or $15.3 million. It’s not just the black diamond that gives this phone the hefty price tag, it’s also the solid gold body, 600 white diamonds that cover the edges as well as the diamond encrusted Apple logo on the back of the phone, with 53 diamonds to be exact.
